錄到鬼系列從第一集病毒，第二集出現惡魔，不知道第三集又會有甚麼新花樣出現，或是會怎麼解釋殭屍出現的理由呢!!!目前已知前兩集出現的女記者不會出現在第三集中(內心OS:太可惜啦!!!)。錄到鬼第一集簡單明瞭但氣氛拿捏的很棒，讓此類型電影有了新的創意。第二集則鋪設更多的劇情解釋真相，厲害之處在於時間點與第一集架設在一起，環環相扣的情節，讓前兩集能一氣呵成的串聯。
目前導演已經透露將會拍攝第四集!!! 錄到鬼4: 啟示錄，來承接前三集劇情，希望為本系列畫下完美句點。
